I am a teacher of elementary drama and 8th Grade Reading, I usually am the cheerleader/sherpa for my son Collin as he races for RODS or Ironman. I am a mom of 3 amazing grown kids and I have 3 beautiful grandchildren. Over the last year I have made many life changes to become healthier...my daughter and I walk at least 5 miles per day and my eating habits have changed for the better...the result is a 50 lb. weight loss and a much happier me!
