"I have been a personal trainer and boot camp instructor for over  a decade. I am the owner and trainer of Body2Fit. I am also an athletic fitness teacher and head soccer coach at a top 5A high school in Idaho. I am a working mother to two beautiful children Jackson and Makenna. I have been married to my amazing husband for over a decade.  I understand the stresses of everyday life and I try to design programs for clients that emphasize mind and total body health. My hobbies include triathlons, running, volunteering in my kids classrooms and being a good friend, mother and wife."
