Brady & Andrea Murray

Brady and Andrea Murray were introduced to the world of Down syndrome when their son Nash was born. Unaware that he had Down syndrome until shortly after his birth, they were unsure what the future held for their young family. It didn’t take long for the Murray’s to realize that what initially seemed like an overwhelming challenge was actually one of their family’s biggest blessings.
They will never forget the day they learned about the many hundreds of children with Down syndrome throughout the world destitute in orphanages and mental institutions.  They felt called to help. In 2012 they founded RODS with the purpose to inspire families to answer the call to adopt a child with Down syndrome and ultimately give each of these precious children the opportunity to flourish.
Since founding¬†RODS, the Murray’s have welcomed another child with Down syndrome into their home through the miracle of adoption. Nash and Cooper continue to be a source of light and inspiration to the Murray’s and the RODS organization.
